    Wine Flights

Haight Brown Vineyard is offering a wine tasting experience during the pandemic in the form of Wine Flights.  A Wine Flight is your choice of four wines.  Mix and Match!.  Choose any four wines you are interested in tasting.  Flight pours are approximately 2.5 – 3 ounces each.

Haight Brown Vineyard does not accept reservations with the exception of groups >=8.

Haight Brown Vineyard offers indoor and outdoor seating.  The Vineyard is situated in a 6000 SQFT building and the space is divided into several rooms.  The upstairs Tasting Bar has a fireplace and the upstairs Vine Room also had a fireplace.  There is plenty of space to socially distance and grab a seat and table.

The Upper Patio offers tables and chairs, but all heat lamps have been stored away for the winter.  The Lower Patio is closed until late Spring.

    Nearby Winter Hiking

CT’s largest private nature preserve, The White Memorial, has a portion of its property adjacent to the Vineyard.  Check out the Vineyard- River Loop trail for easy hiking along the Bantam River.  Vineyard River Trail Loop.

Topsmead is the former summer estate of Edith Chase, daughter of the Waterbury brass Chase family.   A beautiful Tudor style house sits atop of Jefferson Hill less than one mile from the Vineyard and a 1/4 mile the way the crow flies.  The property offers birding and animal viewing, hiking and picnicing.  Topsmead
